The Picpoul blends from Romain Julbe are balanced beautifully for refreshing acidity and subtle minerality, making them perfect for any occasion. The reduction of additives is particularly noticeable and much better for my gut (and next day head) health. Buying directly from the owner and winegrower also makes the wines more special, especially after I've seen first hand the effort, care and time he's put into creating such beautiful wines.
